It’s really easy to look around and see what sucks in the world. To be fair, there is a lot that sucks and there seems to be more and more suck that makes itself known with each passing day.
This exercise that will follow is not about ignoring what is, it is not about making an excuse to disallow empathy. It honors that our roles here are not about just closing our eyes, sticking our fingers in our ears and screaming lalalalalalalalalalala. We’re not going to rapture out of this, there’s no 5D-ing away from it. Believing it’s a simulation doesn’t mean much when there’s no off button or escape door. And just blaming everything on what you’re told to hate...how’s that working out for your anxiety and rage there slugger?
So that leaves trying to imagine what could be possible. What do we actually want to see? What kind of world do we WANT to experience? If we had the power to snap our fingers and have a magical do-over, what kind of world appears?
Honestly, I’m pretty terrible at exercising this muscle too. I tend to get myself locked into escape or survival and trying to game plan the worst case scenario, but rewritten by Steven King. When I try to tap into visualizing what could be, what I want, what kind of world I would desire, I admit it’s easy to struggle with seeing it, and getting lost in the logistics and other “whatabouts”.
I was inspired by a meditation a friend shared the other day to try and push through my BS and attempt to visualize it anyway. Some of mine ended up being similar, because at the time I initially wrote this I didn’t have fast access to it. So there may well be similarities, but whatever. If there are multiple voices putting out similar intentions, it can’t hurt. I shared my original response via livestream in a group I’m participating in, and was invited/ called to share it publicly. I will note that I did edit for clarity, grammar, and if I was inspired to build off of anything already written during that process I went for it.

We live in spaces where everything is community based and there is no longer a requirement for an individual or an immediate family to be forced to “bootstrap” to survive. We help each other out. Whether it’s an extra set of hands for physical projects, maintaining the neighborhood as a group, caring for each other’s kids, pooling resources and responsibilities, making sure those with extra needs such as seniors and the disabled are seen and accounted for. Being aware of and checking in on those who may not make themselves as seen, allowing them to be involved in whatever way they need.
We all have our physical, emotional, safety, and other needs met, in a way that is easy, effective, compassionate, and collaborative.
There is no need for punching down. We’ve learned that we’ve done ourselves far more disservice in that process than any gains we may have been convinced of, and we learned what little power we thought we had over “others” was a lie designed to manipulate us for the purpose of compliance. It was not through force, or justice, or law that we learned to release this crap but it was through healing our own pain, deconstructing the lies we were taught and the programming instilled into us. It was finding acceptance with our struggles and resistance toward this and being kind and patient with ourselves as we grieved through the whole process of seeing what is instead of the lie.
Learning to be empowered with the knowing that in the middle of all the bullshit we all learned, we each also had with us true nuggets of learning and understanding. We had different parts of the puzzle and we had to learn how to connect, coexist, and collaborate, to break through the crap, in order to realize that the only way to solve this giant universal puzzle was though adding all of our pieces to it and seeing it unfurl itself before our eyes. And suddenly it all made sense.
While this was the overall important piece that allowed for the demolition and genesis which creates the ripple effects for what follows.
AI was put into the hands of those who understood how it could work for our greater good, to serve in handling the mundane, day to day tasks. To be implemented as a support system which complements our innovation and creativity, freeing us to live as we were intended.
Having access to technology that can offer us everything we could ever need at our fingertips, where we no longer have to raid all the places for all the things. We can create anything we need in a sustainable way that doesn’t exploit. While due to innovation most can be created locally, that doesn’t mean that we can’t collaborate and create commerce with anyone who is a match worldwide. We just get to do it in ways that are of benefit to everyone involved.
All food is whole, natural, as it is supposed to be. No chemicals, no whatever the fuck else. Doing so in a way where we are able to heal the soil and give the land what it needs as well, getting back to watching and learning from the indigenous stewards who were connected to the land in the first place.
There’s no worry about anything in the seeds or the soil that isn’t. Fruits, vegetables, grains, everything that is used for food, medicine, fuel, material, etc. is presented as it comes naturally. We’re able to cross pollinate and create beautiful new specimens and heirloom varieties using what Gaia provides, and we embrace the new idea of what perfect means.
Livestock is treated with the respect they deserve, allowed to live free as naturally as possible without drugging, without steroids, without abuse and neglect, allowed to live free and clean. When it is time, it is done as painless as possible with honor and gratitude. As other ways are created to generate animal products through systems that have proven to be clean, healthy, and able to be trusted, our protein needs become less and less dependent on taking animal lives. But that trust had to be rightfully earned and it was always a choice, nothing is forced.
In this world it is truly about making things better, cleaner, safer, healthier, more enjoyable. There are multiple means and options because people have different ideas of what this means for them. It’s about how we can make it easier for people to live their way and not about siloing them into doing it THE way.
There are gardens and food forests abounding in the country, even as we are free to let much of the land return to its natural form. The cities are lined with fruit trees and gardens along the streets, and rooftop and indoor gardens and greenhouses are part of the cityscapes. There really is plenty for everyone.
We go about buying and preparing differently. We are able to gather locally what we need for the day, we return to preparing and cooking for each other instead of producing fast and easy. We take our time and create for ourselves and each other from the heart. Nobody is left behind for any reason, everyone gets what they need, and nothing is wasted. If it is left over it is composted, repurposed, or fed to the animals.
In the cities, every neighborhood is vibrant, bustling, safe, clean, abundant, creative. Built from wonder, joy, possibility. There is no need for crime, everyone is cared for and their needs are fully met. All parts are connected, everything is more walkable, mass transit is easily accessible for all, and the street and highways systems are redesigned so that no neighborhoods are cut off or isolated from the rest of the city.
Making things right as much as possible with those that have been treated as “other”, rebuilding and restructuring so that nobody is left back or left behind. Where every opportunity really is there for every one. “Redlines” are removed, those that have been systemically and historically abandoned, things are made right by them as best as possible in a way where it is not at the expense of anyone else. Where everyone has a fair opportunity and everyone is able to truly exercise free will. Where everyone is built up, everyone heals, everyone gets what they need and everyone is truly free.
Workplaces are employee managed, and each gets to create their own structure that optimizes their function in a way that maximizes the abilities of workers while creating as much ease with their experience and work life balance as possible. The focus is to empower employees through putting them in the best position to do their best work and in turn offer the best possible product to the consumer in all ways.
There is a lot more space to explore and change careers, to explore entrepreneurial ideas, to tap into creative gifts, to learn new skills, or to just tap out for a while and walk the earth. Our basic needs, our health and wellness, our social standing aren’t tied to a corporate identity.
Schools are structured differently, and matched to the learning styles of students. They learn what they need to be able to maximize their creativity, well-being, awareness of the world, ability to question and critically think, while teachers are given all the resources and support they need to be able to shine in their way. There is no need for homework for either students or teachers, because it is better for everyone that they get time and space to live and love life.
What is learned empowers students to show up as their best possible selves in the world. They are shown how the things they learn matter in the world they are going to be living in, why this shit matters. If that can’t happen, then maybe it doesn’t matter. There is emphasis on real world skills and exploring and learning about who they are, what their gifts are, and how can they be of most benefit to their community and to themselves. They learn their true histories, they learn about our shining moments and our darkest, and they learn why for each, and they get to explore what could have been done better with knowing what they either did not or chose not to know back then, as part of processing all the feelings that come through as they learn. That’s an important part of the learning process as well. In kind, kids and their parents are encourages to learn together, and kids get to watch their elders unlearn and grow and to experience it all in a way where everyone is supported and loved through it.
That’s an important piece for everyone, wherever they are working or even if they are not. Life is about finding joy, but it’s also about allowing, exploring, and processing all of it, even in the day to day stuff, and really incorporating that into life.
Medicine is about establishing and maintaining full wellness. This includes re-integrating the old ways and cleaning up the new ways. The modern western ways shine in healing traumatic injuries, so we don’t need to throw away everything. But we can re-incorporate the ways that were known to work for so long. We can incorporate natural health, plant medicine, nutrition, Eastern modalities, really make it a holistic process. With the profit directive removed from the equation and the emphasis on tuning in to the whole bio-psycho-socio-spiritual being and tuning into individual based care because practitioners have the time, space, knowledge to be able to fully be present with patients. Also, patients are free to explore the modalities that call to them as they are ultimately in control. They are well informed and have access to all options. Although when you eliminate much of the old bullshit, many of the chronic issues went away with that.
The justice system is used to rebuild and rehabilitate instead of to exploit and oppress. The focus is on correcting behaviors without ruining lives in the process, and eliminating problems before they can be problems. Fully met needs lead to less dysfunction at home, deeper connections, safer environments and healthier well being. People learn how to handle their emotional bullshit in a healthy way and no longer feel the lack and abandonment that used to permeate. People feel seen, loved, and complete. The mental health system is accessible and functional and what needs exist are taken care of with kindness and dignity. Those working in the system are trained in a much healthier way, to no longer see the world as “us vs them” but to see themselves as part of these areas they serve, and to truly be of support to people and not government or capital. They are trained to handle what they must, but the focus is different, it’s no longer about being the hammer and everyone a nail. It’s about being full members of the community and true first responders, seeking to build trust and to honor and maintain it when it’s most important.
The shift in focus brings less need for prisons. When they are needed they focus on rehabilitation and filling in needs for the purpose of eliminating recidivism as much as possible. Giving opportunity to learn, grow, heal. The penalty is removal from society, and that is enough. Every human deserves dignity, their needs met, and their rights upheld. Even the ones we don’t like or don’t want to deal with. If they work, they get paid. They get to vote, they get to have community within and they don’t have to eat low grade shit passing as food.
The world is connected like never before, and everyone is free to speak as they choose. With free speech does come free debate, and vibrant debate. We seek to find understanding if not common ground, we change our minds when presented with better information, we don’t live in bullshit bubbles anymore so we get to understand other perspectives even if we don’t align with them.
With the crumbling of systems, the puppet strings no longer exist, and patriarchal supremacist structures have dissolved. There is little to fear, nothing to hate, and the left right facade has dissolved. We realize that we may have different ideas of what that may look like, we mostly want a lot of the same general things. We want to be free, to have a legit shot at our dreams and desires, and to not be fucked with.
While there are still governments in existence, they generally exist to support the needs of the people and otherwise fuck off.
Representation exists to operate the day to day but the people decide the important shit. While yes, the world is freely and fully connected, most governance does happen on smaller levels, closer to home. Different locales operate via different structures based on their specific needs, but they all are implemented and enforced directly by the people. People know what is happening, they aren’t bullshit with and if anyone tries the people have the power to kick them out immediately if enough call for a vote. Fuck around, find out. There is no other influence allowed other than the will of the people. They know the history, they know the issues, and the news media exists to inform, and to share the whys in the perspectives. No more bullshit, no more talking heads, no more making shit up. They do, they done. The charlatans and the shit stirrers are exposed and sent on their way pretty damn fast.
And from here, there is plenty of space for more to explore, but I’m going to defer to you, the reader, to continue the conversation. Let me rephrase that actually. I wish to offer a challenge to you, the reader, to share your dreams and desires for a new and better world. I challenge you to let go of those restraints we often put on ourselves and shoot for the moon. Aim big, go bold. What would you build on? What would you visualize different? Let’s have some fun with this, and why not throw the intentions out there and see what happens.
Thank you for reading.
